Job Sites Run On Schedules — So Do We

Construction Dumpster Rental in Olean, NY

Roll-off containers for roofing crews, remodelers, builders, and demo jobs across the Southern Tier. On-time drops, fast swap-outs, and straight talk about weight — because a crew standing around a full dumpster is money burning in real time.

Containers for Every Trade

Roofing Tear-Offs

Sized by squares and layers, not guesswork — shingles run 200–250 lbs a square, so we set the container and weight allowance to your actual roof. Placement tight to the eave line where the site allows.

Remodels & Flips

Kitchens, baths, and whole-house renovations on Olean's older housing stock — plaster, lath, cabinetry, and flooring add up fast. A 20 or 30 yard keeps demo day moving.

Demolition

Garages, porches, outbuildings, interiors. We'll split heavy masonry into a dedicated 10 yard so the mixed load doesn't blow the scale ticket.

New Construction

A container on site from framing through punch list, with swap-outs scheduled around your phases instead of your phone calls.

Concrete, Brick & Clean Fill

Dedicated heavy-material containers with honest fill lines. Clean loads often dispose cheaper — separating pays for itself.

Storm & Insurance Work

When wind or winter does the demo for you, we get containers to restoration jobs fast so mitigation can start.

What Contractors Actually Care About

Running multiple jobs? From Portville to Ellicottville to over the line in Bradford, we cover the whole working radius — see service areas. Ask about recurring service if your crews keep containers busy.

Construction Rental FAQs

How fast can you get a container to my site?

Tell us your start date when you book and we'll commit honestly — often within a day or two, subject to availability. Roofing crews with weather windows get it: the earlier we know, the more certain the drop.

How do weight limits and overages work?

Every container includes a weight allowance (typically 1–4 tons by size); tonnage beyond it bills at a per-ton rate because the landfill charges us the same way. The trick isn't avoiding the scale — it's quoting the load right up front. Describe the debris and we'll set the allowance to match, so overage fees stay a theory. Numbers on the prices page.

Can you place the dumpster right against the building?

Close, yes — against, no. The truck needs room to tip and pull, and containers need tarping room on pickup. We'll get it as tight to the work as the site physically allows, which is usually plenty for a shingle-toss.

Do you handle mixed C&D loads?

Yes — standard construction and demolition debris travels together fine. The exceptions are the universal no-gos (liquids, chemicals, tires, freon units — see the full list) and dense masonry, which rides cheaper and safer in its own dedicated container.
